Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order with Mode Home Living, you'll immediately receive an email confirming your order. At this point, we will pre-authorise your card but will not charge it. We then verify with our supplier that your selected item is ready for shipment. Once availability is confirmed, we will process the payment, and your order will be on its way. Should there be any delays, such as an item being on backorder, we will promptly notify you, cancel the pre-authorisation, and discuss your options.

 

Order Delivery

After your order is confirmed and the item is in stock, we will charge your card and dispatch your order. We strive to deliver all items within 3-5 days, although delivery times can vary based on the specific product and availability. Damages

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you discover any damage, we recommend refusing the delivery of the affected items. Should damage occur, reach out to us at info@modehomeliving.com immediately. Our team is committed to resolving any issues swiftly.

 

Returns & Refunds

At Mode Home Living, we hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, simply contact us within this period at info@modehomeliving.com. Returned items must be in their original condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging. We will provide the necessary return address and shipping labels during the return process. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted. As the customer, you will be responsible for any shipping costs obliged to be paid during any returns and exchange process. Exchanges can be made if you so wish.

All orders that are in their original packaging are subject to a full refund if returned within 14 days of the original purchase. Items that have been unboxed and not in original packaging will be subject to a restocking fee, plus any shipping charges. Restocking fees are 30% of the total, however this will be confirmed once the item or items have been returned to the warehouse.

Once a return has been received we will notify you. If the return process is approved you will be refunded automatically on the original payment method within 10 business days.
