Payment & Order Information
What payment methods are accepted?
Mode Home Living accepts all major debit and credit cards for your convenience. Additionally, if you choose to pay through PayPal, you may be eligible for finance options, such as the 'Pay in three instalments' plan, allowing for more flexible payment solutions.
What do I do if I haven't received a confirmation email after I've placed my order?
We apologise if you have not received a confirmation email. All orders placed on our website are followed by an automatic email confirming your purchase. If you haven't received this email, please first check your spam or junk folder. If the confirmation is still missing, don't hesitate to contact our team at info@modehomeliving.com, and we will gladly assist you.
How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at info@modehomeliving.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.

What are expected delivery lead times?
We strive to deliver all our products within 3-5 days. However, delivery times can differ based on the specific products you order and their availability in stock. Where do Mode Home Living ship to?
Based in Glasgow, we ship across the United Kingdom. If you are based in the Republic of Ireland, pleaser contact our customer service team at info@modehomeliving.com if you'd like to make an enquiry about placing an order, and we will look to accommodate.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, all customers will receive an email notification. This email will include a tracking link, allowing you to monitor the status of your order and track its progress from the manufacturer's warehouse directly to your address.
